It’s been two weeks since we’ve started the Techstars NYC Spring ’14 program, but it feels longer.  We’ve been meeting some amazing people, while tirelessly working to improve our software and user experience.

With 11 weeks left in this amazing program, here are three of the biggest lessons we’ve learned so far.

  1. The key to a good product is when users can do everything they possibly can, as easily as possible, without having to contact support.
  2. Before you make a BIG decision, get a good night of sleep.  Fear and anxiety are amplified when you’re tired, making it more difficult to make decisions.
  3. One of the most consistent habits among successful companies is to be great communicators, to your customers and to your team.
