1) What is SocialSign.in? What does it do?

SocialSign.in is a marketing company based in NYC and San Francisco on a mission to help our customers connect with their visitors.

We help physical businesses transform guest WiFi into their most powerful marketing channel.

2) How does it work?

SocialSign.in is easy to use for the businesses we work with and their customers.  When a person in your business wants to join your guest WiFi network, a prompt to activate their device with Facebook or Email credentials will automatically pop up.  This one-time activation will grant them access to the WiFi in all SocialSign.in locations.

When that guest returns to your business or visits any business in our network, they will not be required to login again.  No apps or additional software are required for either the customer or your business.

3) Is this customizable? Will my WiFi network have to be called SocialSign.in?

Everything with SocialSign.in is customizable, from the network name to the branding.

4) How does providing guest WiFi help our marketing goals?

We believe that your foot traffic is the most valuable traffic you get on a daily basis, which is why we’ve developed a way to engage and interact with those people using WiFi.  People expect guest WiFi, and SocialSign.in makes it easier for them to connect to that network and for you to meet your marketing goals

6) Can I download this information or integrate it with my CRM?

The information can be downloaded and integrated with your CRM.  If you don’t use one of the CRMs we integrate with, you can still make this information available through our API.

7) What do I need to use SocialSign.in in my business?
